MODEL REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURE
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Responsible Entity: YJRMEDIA LLC (Georgia, USA)
1. Purpose
This document outlines the official procedure for registering and verifying content creators (“models”) on the ClamCams platform. It ensures regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and user safety.
2. Step-by-Step Registration Flow
- Step 1 – Account Creation: Email + secure password.
- Step 2 – Personal Information Submission: Full legal name, date of birth, gender identity, country of residence.
- Step 3 – Identity Verification (KYC): Upload of a valid government-issued ID.
- Step 4 – Biometric Verification: Live selfie with liveness detection.
- Step 5 – Facial Match Validation: Selfie vs. ID photo comparison via Amazon Rekognition.
- Step 6 – Age Validation: User must be at least 18 years old.
- Step 7 – Manual Review (if flagged): Compliance team reviews high-risk cases.
- Step 8 – Approval or Rejection: Access granted or denied with explanation and retry option.
2.1 Account Type Restriction
For security and traceability, an account previously registered as a user (token buyer) cannot be used to stream as a model. If a person wishes to become a model, they must create a new account with a different email address and complete the full registration process described above. This measure ensures functional separation of profiles, prevents operational conflicts, and supports the integrity of the identity verification system.
Practical Example: If someone signs up on ClamCams with the email carla123@email.com to buy tokens, they cannot use that same account to broadcast. To become a model, they must create a new account, e.g., carla.model@email.com, and follow all registration and verification steps.
3. Technology and Security
- Amazon Rekognition for facial detection, liveness, and matching.
- PostgreSQL securely stores user metadata and biometric keys.
- Encrypted storage and strict internal access controls.
- Each model receives a unique
rekognition_face_id.
4. Anti-Fraud Measures
- Detection of duplicate faces across all accounts.
- Reused or altered identity documents.
- Shared device/IP usage or proxy/VPN masking.
- Geolocation mismatches between ID data and connection data.
Violations may result in automatic suspension, blacklisting, and loss of earnings if fraud is confirmed.
5. Studio Registration
Studios must be registered individually and ensure each performer completes their own KYC process. Additional documentation may be required from the studio.
