MODEL REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

1. Objective

This document outlines the official procedure for registering and verifying content creators (models) on the ClamCams platform. It ensures regulatory compliance, prevents fraud, and protects the safety of all users.

2. Step-by-Step Registration Flow

The registration flow consists of the following steps:

• Step 1: Account Creation – The applicant creates a model account using an email address and secure password.
• Step 2: Personal Data Submission – Full legal name, date of birth, gender identity, and country of residence are required.
• Step 3: Identity Verification (KYC) – Upload of a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
• Step 4: Biometric Verification – Real-time selfie with liveness detection via webcam or mobile device.
• Step 5: Facial Match Validation – System matches the selfie with the ID photo using facial recognition (Amazon Rekognition).
• Step 6: Age Validation – The system confirms the user is at least 18 years old.
• Step 7: Manual Review (if flagged) – High-risk cases are reviewed manually by our Compliance Team.
• Step 8: Approval or Rejection – Upon successful verification, the model receives access to the broadcasting dashboard. Rejections receive an explanation and the option to retry.

3. Technology and Security

• Amazon Rekognition is used for facial detection, liveness, and matching.
• PostgreSQL stores user metadata and biometric keys securely.
• Encrypted storage and internal access controls apply to all documents.
• Each model receives a unique rekognition_face_id linked to their profile.

4. Anti-Fraud Measures

ClamCams automatically detects and flags:

• Duplicate faces across different accounts.
• Reused or altered identification documents.
• Device/IP sharing or proxy/VPN masking.
• Geolocation mismatches between document and connection data.

Any violation leads to automatic suspension, potential blacklisting, and loss of earnings if fraud is confirmed.

5. Studio Registration

Studios must register individually and associate each model with a verified user profile. Each performer must complete their own KYC process. Studio documents may be requested for validation.
