MODEL REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

1. Purpose

This document describes the official registration and verification procedure for content creators (“MODELS”) on the ClamCams platform. Its purpose is to ensure regulatory compliance, proper age and identity verification, fraud prevention, operational security, and payment eligibility in accordance with ClamCams’ current policies.

2. Step-by-Step Registration Flow

To register as a MODEL on ClamCams, applicants must complete the following process:

1. Account Creation
   The applicant creates a model account using a valid email address and a secure password.
2. Personal Information Submission
   Submission of full legal name, date of birth, gender identity, and country of residence.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
   Upload of a valid government-issued identification document.
4. Biometric Verification
   Live selfie capture with liveness detection.
5. Facial Match Validation
   Biometric comparison between the selfie and the ID photograph using Amazon Rekognition.
6. Age Validation
   The system confirms that the applicant is at least eighteen (18) years old. Failure results in automatic rejection.
7. Manual Review (If Applicable)
   High-risk cases are reviewed by the Compliance Team.
8. Approval or Rejection
   The account is approved or rejected with notification and retry options when applicable.

2.1 Account Type Restriction

An account previously registered as a token-purchasing user may not be used to broadcast as a MODEL. Individuals wishing to become MODELS must create a separate account using a different email address and complete the full registration and verification process.

3. Technology and Security

ClamCams employs industry-grade technologies and security controls, including:

• Amazon Rekognition for facial detection, liveness verification, and biometric matching.
• PostgreSQL for secure storage of user metadata and biometric references.
• Encrypted storage and strict internal access controls.
• Assignment of a unique rekognition_face_id to each MODEL.

4. Anti-Fraud Measures

ClamCams actively monitors and enforces anti-fraud controls, including:

• Duplicate face detection across accounts.
• Detection of reused, altered, or forged identity documents.
• Monitoring of shared devices, IP addresses, proxies, or VPN usage.
• Detection of geolocation inconsistencies between identification data and connection data.

Confirmed violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, and forfeiture of earnings in accordance with platform policies.

5. Studio Registration

Studios must register independently and ensure that each affiliated MODEL completes their own KYC and verification process. Additional documentation may be requested for validation and compliance purposes.

7. Payment Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for payments, MODELS must:

• Successfully complete identity verification and anti-fraud controls.
• Maintain an active model account with published content.
• Meet the minimum economic requirements established by ClamCams.

All specific conditions related to payment thresholds, billing cycles, payout schedules, payment methods, holds, or suspensions are governed exclusively by the Model Payment Policy in force at the time.

8. Policy Hierarchy

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Procedure and other ClamCams documents, the following order of precedence shall apply:

1. The Model Agreement; and
2. The Model Payment Policy.

This Procedure shall be interpreted and applied in a manner subordinate to the documents listed above.
