1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines behaviors and actions that are strictly prohibited on ClamCams by all users, models, studios, and any third parties interacting with the platform. Its purpose is to preserve legal integrity, user safety, and the operational stability of the platform.

2. General Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are forbidden across all areas of the site, including public streams, private sessions, chat, messaging, profiles, and uploaded content:

• Harassment, threats, or stalking of any kind.
• Hate speech, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or transphobia.
• Soliciting illegal services or activities.
• Inciting or promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism.
• Displaying or promoting weapons or real acts of violence.

3. User Violations

Regular users (non-models) are strictly forbidden from:

• Asking or pressuring models to break site rules (e.g., perform illegal acts).
• Attempting to bypass payment mechanisms (e.g., asking for contact info or payments outside the platform).
• Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools to extract data or monitor rooms.
• Sharing login credentials, impersonating others, or using stolen payment methods.
• Engaging in coordinated abuse (raids, spamming, or targeted harassment).

4. Model and Studio Violations

Models, studios, and content creators are prohibited from:

• Broadcasting with unauthorized third parties present in the room (except verified duos).
• Simulating prohibited acts (e.g., bestiality, incest, non-consensual roleplay).
• Showing minors or referencing underage themes (even fictionally).
• Advertising external websites, services, or payment channels.
• Using bots to inflate viewer counts or simulate interactions.
• Failing to comply with verification procedures or attempting to create multiple accounts under different identities.

5. Platform Abuse & Fraud

Any of the following constitutes platform abuse:

• Attempting to manipulate the token economy (e.g., fake shows, chargeback baiting).
• Engaging in blackmail, extortion, or revenge porn.
• Submitting fraudulent reports or abusing the complaints system.
• Circumventing bans via VPNs, proxies, or alternate accounts.
• Conducting DDOS attacks, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or deploying malware.

6. Consequences of Violation

ClamCams reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
• Freeze or withhold earnings if fraud or abuse is confirmed.
• Report illegal activities to authorities and payment processors.
• Block access based on IP, device fingerprint, or behavior patterns.
• Deny future registration on the platform.
