1. Overview

ClamCams does not offer recurring memberships or subscription plans. Access to premium features and interactions on the platform is provided exclusively through one-time token purchases, subject to ClamCams’ applicable policies.

Tokens:

Are non-refundable;
Have no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged or redeemed outside the platform.

2. Available Token Packages

ClamCams offers the following one-time purchase token packages, displayed in U.S. dollars (USD):

USD $30 Package

Paid tokens: 300
Bonus tokens (10%): 30
Total received: 330 tokens

USD $60 Package

Paid tokens: 600
Bonus tokens (10%): 60
Total received: 660 tokens

USD $100 Package

Paid tokens: 1,000
Bonus tokens (10%): 100
Total received: 1,100 tokens

Bonus tokens are promotional benefits granted by ClamCams and:

Have no independent monetary value;
Do not alter the base token value;
Do not create vested or guaranteed rights.

3. Token Base Value

Each token purchased on the platform has a base reference value of USD $0.10, used solely for internal calculation, compensation, and distribution purposes in accordance with ClamCams policies.

This base value:

Does not imply that tokens have cash value;
Does not constitute a refund or buyback promise;
Does not grant users any direct monetary conversion rights.

4. Billing and Payment Processor

User payments on ClamCams are processed by our authorized payment processor, Segpay.

Segpay:

Processes payment transactions;
Provides transaction-related technical support;
Does not control ClamCams’ token usage policies, pricing structure, bonus programs, or refund rules.

5. Final Conditions

All token purchases are final and subject to ClamCams’ applicable policies, including but not limited to:

Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Defense Policy;
