1. Statement of Compliance

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and the implementing regulations found at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on ClamCams.com were created with performers who were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were produced. All required records are maintained in a manner consistent with federal law and are available for inspection by authorized government agents, as provided by the regulations.

2. Content Production and Responsibility

ClamCams.com acts as a hosting service and is not the primary producer of user-generated content. Independent models and studios uploading material to our platform are contractually obligated to verify the age of all persons depicted and to keep complete 2257/2257A records. Each uploader certifies that these requirements are met before any content becomes publicly accessible.
