CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY — ClamCams.com
1. Introduction
ClamCams is committed to protecting the rights of all users, content providers, and third parties. As part of our platform's compliance and integrity framework, we maintain a formal Content Removal Policy that allows individuals to request the removal of specific material believed to be in violation of rights, laws, or platform standards.
2. Request Submission
Requests for content removal must be submitted in writing to removal@clamcams.com. All submissions must include the requester's contact information, the URL or direct reference to the specific content in question, a detailed explanation of the reason for removal, and any supporting documentation (e.g., copyright certificates, court orders, or proof of identity/ownership).
3. Acknowledgment and Review
Upon receipt of a valid request, ClamCams will acknowledge the submission within forty-eight (48) hours and conduct an internal review. If the content is determined to violate any legal provision, the Terms of Service, or user rights, it will be removed promptly. ClamCams will complete the review and notify the requester of the outcome within seven (7) business days.
4. Reporting and Sanctions
In cases involving potentially unlawful content or activity, ClamCams reserves the right to report such matters to relevant authorities. Users found to repeatedly upload infringing content may face sanctions including account suspension or permanent banning.
5. Publication and Updates
This Content Removal Policy is published on the ClamCams website and accessible through a dedicated link in the footer. ClamCams may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in legal obligations, platform practices, or regulatory expectations.
