REFERRAL PROMOTION POLICY

1. Purpose of the Promotion

Any registered model on ClamCams.com (the “Referrer”) may earn USD $10 for each new model they refer (the “Referred Model”), provided that the Referred Model meets all applicable requirements set forth in this Policy.

• Registers correctly on ClamCams.com.
• Enters the Referrer’s exact alias in the registration field “Were you referred by someone?”.
• Accumulates at least USD $40 eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the platform’s active weekly payout cycles.

2. Participation Requirements

For the Referrer:

• Must be registered as a model on ClamCams.com (streaming is optional).
• Must have approved KYC identity verification.
• Must not be suspended or in violation of the Code of Conduct.

For the Referred Model:

• Must be of legal age in their jurisdiction (minimum 18 years old).
• Must be registering on ClamCams.com for the first time.
• Must correctly enter the Referrer’s alias during registration.
• Must successfully complete the KYC verification process.
• Must stream and generate at least USD $40 in convertible tokens eligible for payout under the active payment policy.

3. Referral Bonus Payment

• The USD $10 bonus is credited automatically once all conditions are met.
• The bonus appears as available balance in the Referrer’s model account.
• Withdrawal of the bonus follows ClamCams’ regular payout calendar.
• Only one Referrer may be associated with each model, defined at initial registration.

4. Anti-Fraud Controls and Validation

4.1 Referrer Alias Validation

• Autocomplete and live alias verification are applied during registration.
• Invalid or incorrect aliases result in no referral being recorded.

4.2 Prevention of Self-Referral and Multi-Accounts

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Cross-checks of IP address, device, and geolocation are enforced.
• Fraudulent activity may result in bonus forfeiture and permanent account suspension.

4.3 Monitoring of Suspicious Behavior

• Continuous monitoring for unusual activity patterns is in place.
• The Compliance Team may withhold or revoke bonuses upon credible fraud indicators.

4.4 Internal Audit

ClamCams reserves the right to manually audit any referral case prior to releasing a bonus.

5. Promotion Duration

This promotion is temporary and revocable. ClamCams may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Referral bonuses generated prior to termination remain valid provided the Referred Model meets the USD $40 eligibility requirement.

6. Final Provisions

Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these terms. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
